What is TripGoGo?
TripGoGo is an AI-powered travel planning app that helps you create, edit, and share trip itineraries.
Is TripGoGo a travel agency?
No. TripGoGo is a planning tool. We do not provide travel agency services.
Does TripGoGo book trips for me?
TripGoGo can provide booking links to third-party services. Bookings and payments are completed on the third-party site.
Planning and itineraries
How do I create a trip itinerary?
Complete the Trip Builder form and describe your trip in plain language. Include:
- Who is traveling
- Budget range
- Specific requests
- Interests (food, nightlife, museums, nature, etc.)
- Preferred pace (relaxed vs packed)
The itinerary isn’t what I wanted. What should I do?
Try one of these:
- Fill out the trip builder form again and add more details (neighborhoods, budget, interests, pace)
- Manually edit itinerary items, add new itinerary items, or delete itinerary items.
Are the recommendations always accurate?
Not always. AI can make mistakes. Always double-check details like opening hours, travel times, reservation requirements, and seasonal closures.
Why did it recommend something that is closed or far away?
Availability and hours change, and the AI can be wrong. If something looks off, remove it or manually change the itinerary item.
Can I customize the itinerary after it is generated?
Yes. You can edit and adjust activities, timing, and structure.
Can I plan trips with multiple cities?
Yes. Be specific about how many days in each city and your preferred travel days between cities in the description field of the trip builder form.
Sharing and collaboration
Can I share my trip with friends?
Yes, you can share a trip using the share button on the saved trips page. If the invited email address already has an account, they will receive an email to join, as well as a notification in their TripGoGo account. Otherwise, the invited person will receive an email to create an account to join the trip plan.
Can other people edit my trip?
That depends on your trip’s sharing settings. If you want someone to help plan, share the trip with "edit" access, otherwise give them "view" access.
My friend cannot access the shared trip. What should I check?
- They may need to create an account or sign in first
- Remove the friend from the list of collaborators in the saved trips edit page, and invite the friend again (double check spelling).
Booking and third-party links
Are prices and availability guaranteed?
No. Prices and availability are controlled by third-party providers and can change quickly.
I clicked a booking link and the price changed. Why?
Third-party pricing is dynamic and may vary by time, availability, device, location, or promotions.
My booking did not go through. Can TripGoGo fix it?
Bookings are completed on third-party sites. If a booking fails, contact the provider directly using your confirmation email or account with that provider.
Can TripGoGo issue refunds?
No. Refunds and cancellations are handled by the third-party provider you booked with. TripGoGo is completely free and will never ask for money.
Accounts, privacy, and data
Do I need an account?
Some features may require an account. If you are prompted to log in, you will need an account to continue.
Is my data private?
TripGoGo stores trip data to provide the service. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat or trip notes.
Are support chats saved?
Support chats may be logged to improve TripGoGo and troubleshoot issues. If you need deletion or privacy help, visit our privacy page or email privacy@tripgogo.ai.
Troubleshooting
The app is slow
AI generation can take time, especially during peak usage. If it continues:
- Refresh the page
- Try again with a shorter request
- If it’s consistently slow, contact support with details
The itinerary failed to generate
Try:
- Shortening your request
- Removing conflicting constraints (too many cities in too few days)
- Trying again later
Something looks broken or I found a bug
Email privacy@tripgogo.ai with:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your device and browser
- Screenshots or screen recording if possible

Can I rely on TripGoGo for important travel decisions?
TripGoGo is a planning assistant. Always verify critical details before booking or traveling.
Does TripGoGo provide visa, legal, or medical advice?
No. For visas, laws, or medical concerns, use official sources or qualified professionals.
